Elegant and functional project with wide-plank oak interior floors, lacquered doors, and a spectacular exterior ipe deck with cladding that hugs the pool.
Exterior decking made of ipe wood, 100 mm wide and 22 mm thick. The installation was carried out with stainless steel staples and screws to ensure a solid and weather-resistant fixation. The support rails are made of tropical wood designed to maximize the durability and stability of the set, ensuring a robust structure and a long useful life.
Purpose
Inside, the team of architects selected high-quality materials that provide comfort and warmth, with neutral and balanced tones.
Inside the house, an oak parquet floor has been installed, with 240 mm wide planks and a thickness of 15 mm, mounted on an acoustic base to provide sound insulation and comfort underfoot. This parquet was treated with a layer of Bona Prime Intense and two layers of Bona Traffic HD Matt varnish, applied directly in situ to ensure a resistant and uniform finish. This ultra-fast drying varnish, with a full curing time of just 12 hours, allowed the project to be kept on track without delays, offering long-lasting protection and an elegant matt appearance that preserves the natural beauty of the wood.
